Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available). Gift cards/discount codes issued by Serverblink are also accepted.

When am I charged?
Card payments may be pre-authorized at checkout. We capture payment when your order is confirmed for dispatch (wallets like PayPal may capture immediately).

Can I use more than one discount code?
Usually one code per order unless stated otherwise.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before dispatch. Email support@serverblink.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery (UK only)

Where do you ship?
United Kingdom only (no international shipping yet).

What are your shipping times?

Order cut-off: 6:00 PM (London time)

Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

Transit time: 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
Estimated total: 4–6 business days from order to delivery.

How much is shipping?
Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and link.

Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can’t amend addresses after shipment.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

What condition must items be in?
New and unused, with all accessories, tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@serverblink.co.uk with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with instructions and where applicable a return label.

Who pays return postage?

Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we cover return postage.

Change of mind: customer pays return postage. No restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved and processed by us, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (your bank may take longer to post funds).

Are any items non-returnable?
Custom/personalized items, used consumables, opened software/activation cards, and items not in resaleable condition (unless faulty). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Products & Warranty

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, new items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us if you need help with a claim.

Not sure what to buy?
Email us with your setup details (use case, OS, size preferences, switch type/sensor needs) and we’ll recommend options.

Accounts, Invoices & Security

Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, your order confirmation includes VAT details. Need a separate invoice? Email us and we’ll send one.

Is checkout secure?
Payments are handled by trusted providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) with encryption and Strong Customer Authentication where applicable. We don’t store full card numbers.
