This Payment Policy explains how we process payments for orders placed on Serverblink. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.

1) Accepted payment methods

We accept the following methods at checkout:

PayPal

Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)

Gift cards / discount codes issued by Serverblink

2) Currency, taxes & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

The total you see at checkout is the amount you pay (including any shipping fees).

Prices and promotions can change without notice, but confirmed orders won’t be affected.

3) Authorization & when we charge you

For card payments, we may place a pre-authorization on your card at checkout to verify funds.

We capture (charge) payment when your order is confirmed for dispatch.

For PayPal and some wallets, funds may be captured immediately per the provider’s terms.

4) Security

Payments are processed securely by our third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).

We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Additional checks (e.g., 3D Secure/Strong Customer Authentication, AVS, fraud screening) may be required before we accept an order.

5) Billing information & verification

Please ensure your name, billing address, and contact details are accurate. We may cancel or place a hold on orders if:

the payment cannot be verified,

fraud is suspected, or

the billing and shipping details do not match and we cannot reach you.

6) Discounts, vouchers & gift cards

Only one discount code can usually be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards and vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

If you return items bought with a discount or voucher, refunds are applied pro-rata to the original payment method(s).

7) Pricing errors

If we discover a pricing or promotion error after you place an order, we’ll contact you for instructions. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

8) Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once processed by us, refunds typically reach you within 7 business days (your bank or provider may take longer).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error.

9) Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@serverblink.co.uk so we can investigate. Filing an unnecessary chargeback may delay resolution.
