One-Year Limited Warranty
Serverblink (trading name of Server Blink UK Ltd, Company No. 15467350) stands behind the quality and performance of our products. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and does not affect them.
1) Coverage & term
Applies to new items purchased on serverblink.co.uk by the original purchaser.
Duration: 12 months from the date of delivery.
Remedy: If a product fails due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal, intended use, we will repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, we may offer an equivalent model or a refund.
2) What isn’t covered
Damage from misuse, neglect, liquid ingress, impact, improper installation, or accidents.
Unauthorized modifications/repairs or tampering (e.g., removed/altered serial numbers).
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (marks, scratches).
Products used commercially where not intended/spec’d for that purpose.
Consumables/accessories expected to wear (e.g., adhesive pads) unless faulty on arrival.
Software, settings, or data loss; backup is your responsibility.
Incidental or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.
3) How to make a claim
Contact us first: email info@serverblink.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video.
Troubleshooting: Our team may suggest quick checks to confirm the fault.
Return authorization (RMA): If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label. Please do not send items back without authorization.

4) Assessment & resolution timelines
Once received, assessment typically takes 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll proceed with repair or replacement. If a like-for-like is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent or a refund.
If no fault is found or the issue is outside warranty, we’ll return the item; return shipping may be chargeable. We’ll notify you before any charges.
5) Postage & costs
Faulty/DOA items: We cover reasonable return postage (prepaid label) and outbound shipping of a repaired/replacement item.
Outside warranty / no fault found / accidental damage: Return and reship costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6) Proof of purchase & ownership
Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all claims.
7) Manufacturer warranties
Some products also include a manufacturer warranty. Where helpful, we can assist you with a claim to the manufacturer.
8) Governing law
This warranty is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
